Frozen pipe

This large ski resort at Lake Tahoe had a large snow storm followed by a deep freeze. They needed the snow but they did not need the pipes freezing and then bursting. They were getting phone calls by people who were planning on visiting the ski resort to find out how much snow was on the mountain. As their reservation numbers went up they knew they needed to mitigate the water damage as soon as possible. When we received the call they were in a hurry to get the damage dried in place so they can focus their energies on taking care of their clients. Great job to our office and our production staff.
